Our little town

Welcome to the home of New Urbanism. Where shoes are always optional and bicycles proudly fill the bustling streets. Where family and friends share drinks, meals, and stories in a town that’s centered around community and connection. Whether you’re chasing nature or embracing loved ones, Seaside has something for everyone. Dig your feet in our gentle Appalachian white sands as the shoreline waves hello and the sun sings boldly. It’s time to reimagine what vacation looks like.
