What parking options are available at the hotel?
A concierge team member will meet you upon arrival to direct you to reserved self-parking.
What is the nearest airport to The Court?
For guests arriving in our area by airplane, there are three airports located nearby. Northwest Florida Beaches Airport is 20 miles away and Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is 27 miles away. There is also Destin Executive Airport, available for private charters, which is 21 miles away.
What are the rates for each type of room?

Is there a minimum stay?
The Court is a 2-night minimum stay during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons unless booking within a three day window. There is a 1-night minimum stay in the Winter.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking and receive a refund of your deposit (minus the reservation processing fee) if you make the request more than 45 days before your arrival. However, the full pre-payment is non-refundable if you cancel within 45 days of your arrival. If the property successfully rebooks for the same dates, we can provide a refund with a deduction for the cancellation fee.
What are your check-in / check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. However, during quieter months, you may request an earlier check-in between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. We will do our best to accommodate this request if it is feasible.
Do you have any rooms that sleep more than two guests?
Each room at The Court is designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests. If you have a larger party, we recommend exploring other options available by visiting the following link: https://homeownerscollection.com/.
What is the hotel policy for children?
The Court is an adults-only oasis.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we have two bungalows dedicated to our furry friends! For non-service animals, please request “The Court 9”, which allows for one pet that is under 50 pounds. For service animals, we have an ADA-compliant bungalow, The Garden Bungalow.
Is there room service at The Court?

Is coffee provided in each guest room?
There is a complimentary coffee bar in each room that includes a Nespresso and coffee pods.
Do you supply beach towels?
Yes, we do supply beach towels for use during your stay.

Where is the pool located, and what are the hours?
There are three pools in Seaside, FL. The Westside Pool, located at the corner of Odessa and Forrest Street, is the largest of the three. It features a wading pool; heated during holidays and spring break. The Family Pool, located on the Northeast corner of Seaside, FL, between the playground and croquet lawn, is heated and enclosed during the winter holiday months for year-round swimming. The Adult Pool, located near the North end of Seaside Avenue, is designed for guests 16 years and older who prefer a more calm, quiet, and relaxing setting in a private environment, allowing guests and residents to enjoy their Seaside, FL vacation or staycation truly. The hours are from 8 A.M. to dusk.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Each room provides a hairdryer.
Do any of your rooms have bathtubs?
All of our rooms have glass-enclosed rain showers.

Is there a fitness center?
Yes. The fitness center is open from 6 AM to 6 PM daily.
How do I reserve my complimentary beach chairs?
We take care of arranging your beach set-up for you. As a guest at The Court, you will enjoy a complimentary Cabana Man beach set up during your stay. The dates of your visit will be coordinated for the beach set up to be ready for you to enjoy.
Can we rent bikes to use during our stay at The Court?
You receive two complimentary bicycles through Seaside Transit Authority to use during your stay.
How close is The Court to the beach?
We are located a short 2-3 minute walk from the beach.
